What does look like in practice?
Coaching is carried out in the form of live conversations and partly, if necessary, by telephone/conference call. It is recommended that one interview lasting up to 60 minutes be held over a period of two weeks. During individual conversations or meetings, the client undertakes to follow the assigned tasks that he / she defined during the interview with the coach.
By asking questions, the coach encourages you to turn to yourself and look for answers within yourself. During the interview itself, we first investigate and define the current situation, especially what exactly the problem is. This is the stage of ANALYSIS and gathering the necessary information to see what the structure of the problem is. In the next step, we focus on what exactly you want instead of this problem and what your goal is. Once the goal is defined, the coach helps you develop new strategies and find SOLUTIONS.
